If your event or meeting is hybrid, all hybrid reservations must be placed a minimum of 4 business days in advanced to ensure equipment and support is available.

SSW Auditorium

Personal computers are not to be connected to the SSW Auditorium AV equipment. Please do not unplug any of the AV equipment.

Only SSW Media Center Staff are permitted to operate the sound board. If you have any questions about the Auditorium's capabilities, email Tom Mitchell at sswmediacenter@ssw.umaryland.edu
