Instructions for filling out the Non-Food Expenditure Form 

1. Click         on the top right side of the form to download. 

2. Fill out form completely, including funding source.
3. Email the completed form to jhanna@ssw.umaryland.edu.
4. You will receive an email confirmation when your request has been processed.
